City Operation Platform is a city-scale common operating picture built for the City of Vancouver to coordinate emergency operations and city services during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

It unifies fragmented, real-time information from across the city — transit, public safety, venues, and incidents — into a single shared view, so decision-makers and field teams stay aligned and can respond quickly during a high-stakes global event. It is built to operate at city scale, not a single site or venue.

It adapts across an operations environment, from individual workstations to large-screen displays in a command-center setting. AI is built into the product itself — grounded in the full operational context rather than left to guess. Given a live, connected picture of the city, it synthesizes rather than retrieves: surfacing what matters and answering questions in plain language, while decisions stay traceable and under human oversight — an approach central to Industrio.ai's philosophy.

I worked on this as both a Product Designer and a Design Engineer (contracting via Industrio.ai), spanning both the design and the front-end build of a real-time, data-dense operations interface.
